STORE POLICY

CUSTOMER CARE

We are a small business located in sunny San Diego. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 6 to 6. We do use a chat system on the website where we do reach out to you and offer coupons, discounts or conversation. That is the best way to reach us. (The chat button you see on the lower right side of our website)

We do try our best to keep an open line of communication. If you have an emergency question, then you can call us. We do not work weekends as we spend time with our families. 

We do also travel to Peru a few times per year. While we are abroad, communication will be a bit more difficult as the amazon does not have solid internet or phone communication. We will do our best to follow up with you when we are back in town.

We send out an email blast once a month (no more) to keep you up to date on what's going on with us as a company. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, let us know and I can remove you from our list.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We are not google or some social media giant. We do not sell, transfer or loan  your data to anyone. Your personal data is used solely to send your products to you, communicate with and harass you with our monthly email newsletters. Our system does not store your credit card info. We have no idea how to even set that up. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Our products come from both Peru and Brazil. Depending on the tribes availability, products can take anywhere from a week to a month to produce. Once an wholesale order has been placed, we will do all we can to communicate with the tribes and get your order to us for verification before being sent to you.

Depending on the size of your order, one of our family members will fly down to South America to get your product and bring back to USA.
