- TEXTURE: Consistency may very depending on environments temperature! If you’d like a thick buttery whipped balm, keep it in a cooler dark area. If you want more of a massage or tanning oil (raw shea butter has natural SPF30) consistency leave it out in the sun and it’ll develop into a gooey buttery oil. Refrigerate if completely melted and it will return to its natural state.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds. The only exception for refunds or exchanges, is if the product was damaged in shipping. If that is the case, then we require you to send photo proof. Upon approval, we can reship product or give you a refund
