So I found these on a route to a small village where I wanted to fish for Pirana. 
This man was making them from the branches of cedar branches. He made these a few days prior and was planning on going into town to sell them at the market. 
The airway to inhale is pretty big and I got soem really big inhales with it. You might want to get a screen or just pack this full and go at it. 
Either way, its a good quality ceremonial pipe made along the village water ways out iquitos.
